作协主席:李岘 (Maria Lixian Gee-Schweiger. Ph.D),文学博士、美国中文作家协会创会主席。移民美国前(1981——1992),在中国黑龙江省电视台电视剧部及影视中心做电视剧责任编辑、编剧十一年。1987年被评为全国专业技术职称:责任编辑。同年加入中国电视家协会和戏剧家协会黑龙江分会。在职其间,先后编辑、编剧、主持、撰稿电视剧和电视专题节目及文学作品五十多部集篇。移民美国后(1992——至今),先后担任过美国律师事务所助理、《华美时报》和《华人》月刊杂志的专栏作家、NLFP影视公司总裁,先后任教于圣地亚哥大学、Mesa学院、Mira Costa学院和T.J法学院。是全美华人文化教育基金会创始人之一、前任理事长和现任荣誉理事长 。是中国暨南大学客座教授。是美国加州教师协会会员和加州圣地亚哥古琴社会员。在美期间出版过六本书、十二集电视纪录片、二十集电视剧文学剧本及近百篇杂文及中短篇小说,并参与编撰了两部大典及两部作协文集。获十三个奖项。

代表作有:二十八万字的长篇小说《无处安放》、十八万字的文集《李岘视点》、四十二万字的长篇小说《微时代VS青春祭》、二十六万字的长篇小说《跨过半敞开的国门》、三十五万字的随笔《飘在美国》、十七万字的杂文集 《感受真美国》及《美国律师说汉语》、《美国加州地区华语使用状况研究》、《浅析电视语言的语言符号和非语言符号》等专著。电视剧编剧(或编剧之一)《X.Y轶事》、《萧红》、《黑宝石》、《新客规今天生效》、《小星的诗》、《义务儿女》、《小辣椒与瞌睡虫》、二十集电视连续剧文学本《律师楼的故事》等,及多部电视剧、电影文学责任编辑。十二集大型纪录片总编导兼制片人《飘着美国》、十集纪录片撰稿人之一及主持人《经纬大趋势》。三十二万字作协文集《心旅》、三十多万字《心语》、三十万字的《心叙》的主编。近百万字的《光大传承—南加华人三十年史话》撰述委员之一、 八十万字《共和国同龄人世纪大典》荣誉编辑委员和执行委员,以及《中外文化大辞典》编写者之一。在中、美、港、台各类报刊杂志上发表过近百篇不同体裁的文学作品。

获奖情况: 2023年长篇小说《微时代VS青春祭》荣获“第二届世界华人影视文学奖”;2019年微型小说《安之若素》获“2018“武陵”杯·世界华语微型小说年度奖三等奖;2019年主编征文《如鹰重生》获美中作协杰出主编奖;2018年短篇小说《妻妾同堂》获美国《华人》月刊杂志与美中作协联合颁发的优秀作品奖;2017年微型小说《一口痰》获“荆棘花开”世界华文微型小说征文大奖赛二等奖;2017年微型小说《冥冥之中》获第三届世界华文微型小说大赛优秀奖;2015年获得全美华人文化教育基金会大使奖;2014年教科书《美国律师说汉语》获南加州蒙市颁发优秀艺术家奖;2010年获美国《华人》杂志优秀文化使者奖;2009年十二集电视纪录片《飘在美国》获美国第六届传承亚裔文化奖中的传媒奖;2008年获全美华人文化教育基金会成就奖;1985年电视连续剧文学本《萧红》编剧之一(首位),获黑龙江省戏剧家协会剧本三等奖和佳作奖。

社会活动:2021年担任美国中文数位教师协会主办的“CLDTA2021年金牛杯VLog达人大赛评审委员;2018年担任第四节”曹灿杯“青少年朗诵大赛美国圣地亚哥决赛评委。2015年美国华人青少年艺术节《放飞梦想》第二届文艺演出总策划。2007年全美华人文教基金会《心手相连》第二届慈善文艺演出筹委会主席。2006年全美华人文教基金会《心手相连》第一届慈善文艺演出总编导。2004年和2005年两次代表加州圣地亚哥科技教育界参加在中国举办的留交会。2003年在美国推出编导及制作人拍摄的十二集电视纪录片《飘在美国》,美国多所大学图书馆收藏该片的DVD作为亚洲研究的教学资料。该片自2005年5月至2007年8月,连续在美国公共教育频道播出;中国广东南方卫视等电视台也在黄金时段播出。2003年起,先后在美国、日本、中国多所大学举办了14次有关海外华人、华语研究的专题讲座。2001年、2003年、2008年三次成为美国《华人》月刊杂志的封面人物;2013年中英双语杂志《东西方》的封面人物。

The Founder and the President of CWAA: Maria Lixian Gee-Schweiger, Ph.D. 

 She was born in China and immigrated to America since 1992. Before immigrating to America, worked at National TV Station, Heilongjiang province, China, as an editor, writer, for over 50 pieces of TV Programs. A member of National Television Experts Association and Play Experts Association in China since 1987. She taught at the University of San Diego, Thomas Jefferson School of Law, Mesa College, and Mira Costa College between 2003 to 2017, and was Co-Founder and Chair of the American Chinese Culture and Education Foundation. For her literary and wide range of work, she has received a total of twelve local and international awards.

 She has published six books and many articles after immigrating to the U.S.A:

 She has her Doctor’s Degree of Chinese Linguistics in Studies on Chinese Applications.

She was teaching at Thomas Jefferson School of Law,USD, Mesa College, and Mira Costa College in America.  She is the co- founders and the honorable Chair of American Chinese Culture and Education Foundation, U.S.A (ACCEF)
